You can prove this through demonstrating where you have used influence to recruit agents to Keller Williams Realty or your previous companies. You possess a strong desire to have a position where you lead and influence others.
You will be aligned with the Operating Principal’s (OP) vision to achieve our growth standards and Market Center goals. You will leverage the record-shattering tools developed by Keller Williams to perform the activities necessary to achieve the OP’s expectations of the standards for recruiting and profitability. You will consult with the top 20 percent of our associates to set their goals and direct them to productivity solutions.
You naturally exhibit the utmost integrity in your dealings with others. You are a natural leader who embrace succeeding through others, bottom-up leadership, and building a team. You possess a track record of relationships. You view learning as the foundation of your action plan.
You have at least 2–3 years of real estate sales experience and are in the top 5 percent of your office. You understand basic financial reporting (e.g. income statements and balance sheets) and how to use these to make the right business decisions. You have extremely high goals and are looking for a vehicle to achieve those goals.
The position is based in our Market Centre in George, Garden Route.
