Language of real estate – September 2017

Goodness! What a blur of activity in our first two full months since Keller Williams Eden opened its doors in the Garden Route on 1 August 2017. Since opening our doors, our team has grown from 11 agents to 19 agents today.

It's humbling to see how many top agents are buying into the proven KW models and systems to grow their real estate businesses.   1. Number of listings taken - Improved 27% month-over-month from August to September.
  2. Listings taken volume - Improved 251% m-o-m August to September. Our associates managed to increase the value of the listings by a very large margin.
